To turn on: administration/System Management/Agency label management
Create a list of custom labels
- Add labels to shift posts
- Add labels to staff profiles
- Use labels to post shifts to sub-groups of staff (based on label)
To Enable Feature: Administration/System Management/Feature Permissions
To create / view labels: Administration/System Management/ Agency Label Management
To add labels to staff profiles: Administration/Frontline staff management/Staff label management
Shift labels will appear in shift notification for staff (in updated mobile app only)
Staff labels will appear in staff response to shift
Labels can be applied to schedule module shifts
Call-out Management (ShiftLink Performance tier required)
Post and award shifts in bulk!
Same features and functions as the single post screen
